Learning and Development Curriculum

The Brooks Group provides leading-edge training to multiple levels of sales and marketing professionals in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, and medical equipment industries.

Our curriculum was designed in response to the need for a formal, progressive path for account executives that will enhance their knowledge, differentiate them from the competition, and ensure that they meet their own and their organization’s goals.

We utilize the most effective methods for program delivery, including on-line courses, pre-course reading assignments, classroom-based delivery, post-training pull-through, and one-on-one coaching.

Our instructional design is rooted in the belief that adults learn best by doing. Our classroom programs are highly participatory, specific to participants’ jobs—and fun.

We base our customized case studies and structured experiences on your objectives and specific business issues. The curriculum is designed in four stages to accommodate different levels of development and experience (levels 1.0 through 4.0). The four stages of skill proficiency are focused on the ability of account executives to move from a transactional relationship with each account to one based on strategic consulting to drive business results for your company and your accounts.
